Abstract:In the light of a new type shunt heat meter structure model, by the using the of relevant theo-retical knowledge and the RNG fluid turbulent model, we established the mathematical model of different eccentric angles and opening sizes of the eccentric flow.By using fluent simulation software, We analyzed the shunt structure of the shunt heat meter and internal fluid motion characteristics.For the simulated flow channel model, by using the computational fluid dynamics method,we numerically si-mulated and analyzed different channel width flow field after flow passage structure optimization. The simulation results show the turbulence characteristics of flow in the headbox flow field, and analysis shows that the deflector with triangular pillar bumps has good effect on enhancing the turbulence intensity in the grooves of headbox. By optimizing the opening and eccentric angle of the flow channel, the paper provides a theoretical basis for the measurement accuracy of the shunt heat meter.
