Abstract:Intelligent algorithm technology, with its unparalleled advantages in data mining and filtering, user profile prediction, information content distribution, and algorithm model training, has brought opportunities for achieving dynamic balance between supply and demand in ideological and political education in universities, which can connect the real and potential needs of student groups, achieve precise supply and intelligent push of highquality resources, unify qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the supply effectiveness. However, as an emerging technological paradigm and transformative technological force, there is a hidden "black box effect" in the operational dimension, which disrupts the value identification of demand entities; the "filtering bubbles" quietly breed and dissolve the system structure of supply content; the excessive promotion of "instrumental rationality" weakens the humanistic care of the supply subject. To this end, we need to adapt to the situation, see through the "black box effect" by algorithmic governance, break through the "filtering bubble" by technological regulation, and integrate "instrumental rationality" with value rationality.
