Abstract:The disorder of cardiac electrical activity is the essencial cause of arrhythmia. Among all the influential factors resulting in abnormalities of cardiac electrical activity, mechanical tension is an important one. Mechanicaltensionrelated arrhythmia is closely associated with clinical practice, and arises more and more attention gradually. It is verified by research that abnormal mechano-electrical feedback is one of the important mechanisms of arrhythmia. This paper elaborates the cellular electrophysiological mechanism of mechanical arrhythmia and research progress.
