Abstract:Cardiac neurosis is one of the commonly seen diseases caused by holiday syndrome. Every holiday the number of patients with recurrent heart disease obviously increases. Besides incentives such as cold weather and irregular life, overexcitation or exhaustion contributes to the rise of blood pressure, acceleration of heart rate and increasement of myocardial oxygen consumption which results in heart rhythm disorder, angina pectoris or myocardial infarction, and even sudden death. This article briefly introduces the pathogenesis, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and prophylacticotherapeutic measures of cardiac neurosis.
