Abstract:At present, cardiac pacemaker is effective in treating the patients with sick sinus syndrome and high/third degree atrioventricular block. In order to explore the measures for preventing and controlling postoperative complications of permanent pacemaker implantation, this paper retrospectively studies on 832 patients implanted with permanent pacemaker in our hospital from 2006 to 2017. It summarizes the related postoperative complications especially the rare ones including pulling out the lead by patients themselves due to the infection of pacemaker system, rare pacing failure, formation of false aneurysm at the subclavian artery after operation, etc.
