Abstract：It has always been controversial to diagnose atrial fibrillation accompanied with second degree atrioventricular block. This paper summarizes the current diagnostic hotspots from both positive and negative aspects, and proposes a new viewpoint from the angle of ambulatory electrocardiography and LorenzRR scatterplot. The characteristic performances of LorenzRR scatterplot contribute to qualitatively diagnosing atrial fibrillation accompanied with second degree atrioventricular block.
