Abstract：Based on 12lead ambulatory electrocardiography(AECG) system, synchronously recorded 18lead AECG adds 6 leads of V3RV5R and V7-V9, which serve comprehensive detection of left and right atrioventricular electrical activities. The 18lead AECG recording & analysis system derives from fully digital improvement of classical Wilson lead system and modified MasonLikar limb lead system,and the synchronous 18lead AECG is deducted with a small quantity of body surface electrodes. The newadded leads can effectively detect the synchronous AECG of left ventricular posterior wall and right ventricle which cannot be detected by routine 12lead AECG. In addition, 18lead AECG achieves unique effect in thoroughly evaluating myocardial blood supply at multiple sites, which shows tremendous advantages.
