Abstract：The r wave amplitude should increase in the normal chest lead of ECG, and R/S should increase gradually, but in some pathological and physiological conditions the poor R wave progression or reverse increment exist, in this case, only the body surface electrocardiogram cannot make a definite diagnosis, and vectorcardiogram serves as another way to record the heart electricity excited method, it can reflect the space between the electrode position, compared with electrocardiogram inspection, it has obvious advantages in diagnosis of some diseases.In clinical work, we can use a vector diagram interpretation of body surface electrocardiogram to explain the poor R wave progression in precordial leads(PRWP)of ECG. In this paper, we mainly statement and analysis the PRWP using legend and interpret the clinical significance of the PRWP using the vectrocardiologram.
