Abstract:Objective To establish acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in medium-sized pigs induced by percutenoustransluminalcoronary angioplasty (PTCA) balloon occlusion,and to research the changes of saahECG timeline ventricular measurement scalar parameters S-VS and VS-VD in the whole process,and discuss the prediagnosis value of these changes.Methods A total of 6 Chinese domestic mediumsized pigs, weighing39~67 kg(44.5 12.70 kg)were selected as experimental objects.After anesthesia, 20 mm or 25 mm angioplasty balloon was positioned in the midleft anterior descending(LAD) distal to the first diagonal branch.The balloon was inflated and occluded the first diagonal branch for 120 min saahECG and ECG beat by beat were synchronously scanned in the whole process.After that, the saahECG ventricle timeline was measured and the scalar parameters S-VS and VS-VD were analyzed and compared with the ECG changes.Results ① PTCA balloon occlusion successfully induced models of AMI,VS-VD changed just after 12s obstruction,and S-VS significantly increased after 39 s,while ECG ST-segment changed after 24s. ② Changes of saahECG ventricular timeline parameters S-VS,VS-VD occurred obviously earlier than that of ECG ST-segment.③ saahECG ventricular timeline parameters S-VS,VS-VD were of statistically significant difference before and after 120min occlusion.Conclusion We present a novel method that is capable of detecting ischemiainduced changes in body surface ECG,that is saahECG. saahECG can reflect changes induced by myocardial ischemia in digitization earlier than ECG,and has important prognosis value for early diagnosis of AMI.
