Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of impedance cardiography (ICG) monitoring in evaluating the curative effect of Xinmailong injection with different doses in treating ischemic heart failure. MethodsA total of 150 patients with ischemic heart failure were selected. They were divided into treatment group 1, treatment group 2 and control group according to different therapies, each with 50 cases. Besides conventional therapy, the treatment group 1 and 2 were separately given Xinmailong injection 4 and 6 mL combined with 200 mL sodium chloride solution at a concentration of 0.9% as a supplement; patients in the control group accepted the conventional therapy.In the three groups, we observed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd),cardiac output (CO), cardiac index(CI), systemic vascular resistance(SVR), systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI), NT-proBNP level and urine volume two weeks after treatment, and compared the clinical curative effect. ResultsSex, age, cardiac function rating and the proportion of complicated diseases do not vary significantly before treatment among the three groups (P>0-05). After two courses of treatment, LVEF is significantly different among the three groups compared with that before treatment (P<0.01). After treatment, LVEFs of patients in treatment group 1 and 2 are both significantly different in comparison with control group (P<0.01). After treatment, LVEF does not vary significantly between treatment group 1 and 2 (P>0.05).There is no statistically significant difference of LVEDd among the three groups before and after treatment(P>005).The differences of CO, CI, SVR and SVRI before and after treatment are statistically significant among the three groups (P<0.01). After treatment, CO, CI, SVR and SVRI of the patients in treatment group 1 and 2 both vary significantly as compared to control group (P<0.01). After treatment,there is no statistically significant difference of CO, CI, SVR or SVRI between treatment group 1 and 2(P>0.05). ConclusionThe application of Xinmailong injection in patients with ischemic heart failure can improve cardiac ejection function, CO, CI and urine volume. However, with the increase of dose, its curative effect fails to be significantly improved, and the adverse reactions increase.
