Abstract：ObjectiveTo timely identify and diagnose old inferior posterolateral myocardial infarction complicating left anterior fascicular block on synchronously recorded electrocardiogram(ECG) and vectorcardiogram(VCG) by the Wilson & Frank dual lead system with threedimensional electrocardiography. MethodsWe selected and analyzed the VCGs with typical features of definitely diagnosed old inferior posterolateral myocardial infarction complicating left anterior fascicular block. The changes of VCGs were observed. ResultsThe vectorcardiographic features of three cases coincided with vectorcardiographic diagnostic criteria of old inferior posterolateral myocardial infarction complicating left anterior fascicular block. ConclusionVCG has high diagnostic value for old inferior posterolateral myocardial infarction complicating left anterior fascicular block.
