Abstract：This paper raises a query on the case report titled “A case of multivessel disease manifested by de Winter syndrome in ECG” published in this journal. The reported case is actually acute inferior wall myocardial infarction induced by circumflex artery lesions, but not de Winter syndrome. At the same time, we proposed it is not appropriate to describe de Winter ST-T changes in ECG as “syndrome”.
