Academic journals,as an integral part of academic research,bear significant responsibility and mission in purifying the academic environment,maintaining a healthy academic ecosystem,advocating for good academic practices,and promoting the healthy development of academic endeavors.Journals adhere to the principle ofacademics first,quality paramount,focusing on academic ethics and promoting the spirit of innovation;they uphold academic integrity and resist academic misconduct;they strengthen the construction of editorial and peer review teams,and strictly abide by the professional ethics of publishing.Both paper authors and journal editors have an important responsibility in maintaining the ethics of journal publication and resisting academic misconduct.Authors should be responsible for their writing behavior;editors should be responsible for the publication behavior of the journals they edit.Therefore,it is necessary for the editorial department and authors to communicate,cooperate,and agree on academic integrity issues involved in the paper publication process.

1.Authors should ensure that the content of their submissions is authentic and credible,and complies with relevant laws,regulations,and policy requirements of our country.

2.When submitting,authors must commit that their submissions are free from academic misconductsuch as multiple submissions,duplicate publication,false authorship,plagiarism,falsification,fabrication,false annotations,failure to cite othersworks,etc..

3.The editorial department should objectively and fairly review manuscriptsincluding inviting peer experts to reviewaccording to the purpose and requirements of this academic journal,and select outstanding papers that meet the journals requirements for publication.

4.The editorial department invites experts or uses tools such as theAcademic Misconduct Literature Detection Systemto identify and detect manuscripts to avoid potential academic misconduct in the journals editorial and publication process.

5.For manuscripts with evidence of misconduct,the editorial department will handle them with rejection and notify the author,or the authors research group,or the authors institution as appropriate.

6.Before the publication of reviewed papers in this journal,the editorial department and authors should sign a publication agreement based on theCopyright Law of the Peoples Republic of Chinato protect the rights of authors and publishers.

7.For papers published in this journal that are found to have academic misconduct,the editorial department will refer to the guidelines for journal editorsconduct of the Committee on Publication EthicsCOPE,issue a statement revoking the publication of the paper in the journal or on the journals website,and remove the papers data from relevant databases,terminate the dissemination of the paper,and eliminate adverse effects.At the same time,depending on the severity of the case,the editorial department will warn the author,notify the authors institution,or report to relevant journals in the field.

8.To maintain academic ethics and ensure the academic reputation of the journal,all authors who submit to this journal are deemed to recognize this convention and are asked to discipline themselves accordingly.
