Abstract: In the context of New Zealand′s strategic economic transformation, the University of Auckland has been expanding the boundaries for academic organizations and academic research, extensively carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship activities, activating the innovation and entrepreneurship gene, and building a "trinity" of selfcontrolled elements, othercontrolled elements, and related elements in the entrepreneurship education ecosystem. At the same time, the University of Auckland has formed three practical paths: to build a "multiteacher team" depending on social resources; to accelerate the symbiosis of industryuniversityresearchapplication through technology transformation; to refine three practical paths of innovation, entrepreneurship, and governmentuniversity relationship with public service. Based on this, our universities can build and optimize the entrepreneurship education ecosystem through the following initiatives. Firstly, to stimulate teachers′ innovation and entrepreneurship effectiveness and build an excellent entrepreneurship education faculty; secondly, to bring into play the universitylocal linkage mechanism and optimize the industryuniversityresearchapplication supportive system; finally, to establish a novel paradigm of entrepreneurship education ecosystem and improve the governmentuniversity cooperative relationship.
