Gao Jin, Yang Xiujian, Niu Ziru
Based on the combine software simulations of Isight, ADAMS and MATLAB, the hardpoints influences on suspension kinematics characteristic indexes of toe, camber, wheelbase, wheeltrack, roll center in parallel wheel travel condition and minimum turning diameter,Ackerman percentage under steering condition and full vehicle steady handling indexes of understeer, roll gradient and maximum lateral acceleration were analyzed by parameter study and orthogonal experimental design. The relationships among hardpoints, suspension kinematics characteristics index and steady handling index were investigated. The sensitivity analysis method was proposed to precisely evaluate the influence of hardpoints on the suspension and steady handling performance. Screening key hardpoints, the distribution of suspension characteristic parameters were calculated on the assumption that each hardpoint was normal distribution. The robust optimization of key hardpoints shows that the suspension has good robust.

257 Calculation method of braking torque for eddy current brake based on virtual coil assumptions
Hu Donghai,He Ren
To solve the problem of existing torque calculation method of eddy current brake with empirical coefficients to hinder accurate calculation of braking torque and product upgrade, based on the original assumptions of disc, the closed vortex ring within eddy current effect region was equalled to a virtual coil with valid eddy current value and turn number of one. With the consideration of eddy current demagnetization effects, BiotSavart law was used to derive gap magnetic induction of eddy current brake, and the energy conservation law was used to calculate braking torque of eddy current brake. The eddy current retarder was used to verify the formula. The results show that the experimental curve is in good agreement with theoretical calculations. The proposed calculation method of braking torque can reflect the impact of eddy current demagnetization effects on braking torque.

262 Estimation strategies for side slip angle with interference of active steering
Wei Jianwei,Zhao Wanzhong,Shang Weiyan
To solve the problem that existing estimation strategy of side slip angle based on steering wheel angle signal was not suitable for the interference of active steering, according to the structural characteristics of pinion angle sensor and rackpinion steering gear equipped in active steering, an estimation strategy was proposed with the consideration of side slip angle as a nonlinear mapping of time series of pinion angle and lateral acceleration. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed estimation strategy, double lane change and slalom virtual tests were conducted based on the simulation platform of CarSim. The virtual tests data were used to train and verify the estimation algorithm based on adaptive neurofuzzy inference system, and the performance of the two estimation strategies was compared under the situations with and without interference of active steering, respectively. The results indicate that the proposed estimation strategy is still effective for the side slip angle with interference of active steering.

Cai Wei, Ma Wenxing, Liu Chunbao,Yuan Zhe
In order to design hydrodynamic torque converter with high perfomance and improve efficiency by internal flow law to better analyze the internal flow, organic glass was used to prepare the model of hydraulic torque converter. The transparency was improved by the model to achieve visualization of internal flow field in pump. Particle image velocimtry (PIV) was used to measure the internal flow field at different working conditions with the braking condition of i=0 , the traction of i=i* and the noload condition of i=1.The radial and axial flow images were acquired and analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the velocity and direction of tracer particles on behalf of fluid flow can be seen clearly from the collected images. It is feasible to test the internal flow field of the pump by PIV.

279 Grid convergence based on GCI for centrifugal pump
Liu Houlin, Liu Mingming, Bai Yu, Du Hui, Dong Liang
To evaluate the effects of mesh generation techniques and grid convergence on pump performance, three widely used mesh styles of structured hexahedral, unstructured tetrahedral and hybrid prismatic/tetrahedral meshes were generated for a centrifugal pump model. The quantitative grid convergence was assessed based on a grid convergence index (GCI) to deduce the degree of grid refinement. The results show that the GCIvalue becomes smaller with the increasing of grid cell number, and the GCIvalue for structured meshes calculated is lower than those for unstructured and hybrid meshes. The structured meshes have more vortexes in impeller passage. Nevertheless, the hybrid meshes have larger lowvelocity area at outlet and more secondary vortexes at a specified location than those of structured meshes and unstructured meshes.

Liu Wuxiang
Twodimensional thermoelasticity vibration was analyzed for an orthotropic functionally graded plate with infinite length along ydirection and simple support and constant temperature at two opposite edges in xdirection. According to the basic equations of thermoelasticity, assuming that the material had arbitrary variation property along platethickness direction(zdirection), PeanoBaker series solution was obtained for the thermoelasticity vibration problem of the functionally graded plate with mechanical and thermal loads on upper and lower surfaces by statespace method. The series solution was verified through numerical examples. The influence of forced frequency on structural response of the plate was also investigated with material properties of  linear  dependence on thicknesscoordinate. The results show that physical quantities of displacements and stresses are increased with the increasing of forced frequency near to the inherent frequency.

Lin Wan, Peng Yankun
To automatically adjust the height between sample surface and optical fiber or camera lens of optical detection for agricultural products, an automatic system for height adjustment was established based on light sensor. The working principle, the hardware structure and the software of the proposed system were introduced.Motion controller and microcontroller were used as control and detecting unit. Based on dialog program model, MFC was developed to control the overall system by end user. The experimental results show that the developed system can automatically adjust vertical height with speed of 9.7 mm·s-1, and the system error is less than 1 mm. Compared with manual adjustment, the automatic system can significantly reduce the standard deviation of reflected light intensity by height. 301 Effect of velocity ratio on performance of oscillatory tillage
Dong Xiangqian, Song Jiannong, Wang Jicheng, Kang Xiaojun
Based on the velocity ratio and trace of single work group of oscillatory tillage, frequency, amplitude, oscillation angle and forward speed of tractor are the main effect factors on the performance of oscillatory tillage. The above four factors are usually combined into velocity ratio which is the ratio of maximum tine tip velocity to carrier ground velocity. When the velocity ratio is less than 1.00, the cutting blade always moves forward relative to soil. Increasing the velocity ratio to 1.00 means the cutting blade tip velocity falling to zero once per cycle, and then still moving forward into uncut soil. When the velocity ratio is greater than 1.00, the cutting blade moves backward relative to soil during each part of cycle. The cutting blade can be divided into three stages of soil cutting, backing off and catching up. As velocity ratio increases, the time consumption of different stages changes steadily with optimum velocity ratio range from 1.00 to 1.50.

 precision tolerance relation
Zeng Ling,Fu Min,He Puyan
The information system with incomplete interval value was investigated to propose a new improved model. The definition of similarity was provided based on deviation degree to deal with the situations that most attribute values were intersected but not included and contained multiple continuous values. The tolerance relation was extended to establish  dualvariable precision tolerance relation based on similarity and similar rate. The extension rough set model was set up for incomplete intervalvalued information system. To solve the shortage of dualvariable precision tolerance relation in dividing domain and improve approximation quality, the dualvariable precision maximal consistent classes were found out. The upper and lower approximation sets were obtained to propose the maximal classification reduction algorithm. The effective feasibility of the model and algorithm was verified by real example analysis. The results show that the proposed model is suitable for incomplete interval value date type, and can be used to deal with general incomplete interval value information system and expand the scope of rough set.

decomposition process
Hu Zhikun, Jiang Bin, Yin Linzi, Chen Xiaolong, Xie Yongfang
Due to the long timedelay and complex industrial process of continual carbonation decomposition, the optimal control was difficult to be described by mathematical models. To control the optimal resolution ratio and the last decomposition ratio, the intelligent control system with considerations of expert control and predictive control strategies was proposed for continual carbonation decomposition process of sodium aluminate solutions. The principle knowledge and expert experience was applied to establish expert knowledge bases to deal with fluctuations in operating conditions and equipment faults, and to output the fourth and the fifth control valves to realize stable control in normal operational conditions by slurry composition for every cell. A neural network predicting model was set up to forecast the next output of system and feedback to modify the output of expert control model. The practical results show that eligible ratio of decomposition ratio is increased by 4% with increased average value of decomposition ratio by 0.95%. The influence of long timedelay is conquered effectively, and the process of continual carbonation decomposition is optimally controlled by the proposed method.

329 Preparation and magnetic properties of SrFe12-xRexO19
(Re=Sm,Dy,Er)ferrite fiber
Meng Xianfeng, Ji Yongkang, Shen Xiangqian
The spinel SrFe12-xRexO19(Re=Sm,Dy,Er)ferrite fibers were successfully prepared by electrospinning from raw materials of PVP, metal salts and rare earth. The samples were investigated by TG-DSC, XRD, SEM, TEM and VSM. The results show that the solubility is limited in the lattice structure of SrFe12O19 due to the growth inhibition of ferrite crystalline by rare earth ions. The ferrite fibers consisting of hexagonal platelike grain with size of 60 nm are obtained by optimized thermal treatment process. The Ms is decreased with the increasing of rare earth ion radius and doping amount, while Hc is increased. The lattice structure and magnetocrystalline anisotropy of SrFe12O19 ferrite can be changed by rare earth ion substitution.

334 Wear behavior of nanomultilayered CrN coating by ion plating
Wei Jie,Niu Yunsong,Yu Zhiming
To eliminate the columnar epitaxial growth by  conventional ion plating, the nanomultilayered CrN coatings were prepared on A3 steel substrates by arc ion plating method. The cross section and surface morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscope. The phase structures of the CrN coatings were determined by Xray diffraction analysis. The wear resistance was assessed with a NUSLSO1 type rubber wheel tester. The results show that the microstructure of the nanomultilayered CrN coating is clearly  stackedup sandwich structure. The columnar epitaxial growth is eliminated, and the bulk flakeoff is avoided by the nanomultilayered microstructure. The wear mechanism of  nanomultilayered CrN coating is a kind of the microarea detachment. The wear resistance of the nanomultilayer CrN coatings is much better than that of  conventional CrN coatings. After  3 000 cycles, the mass loss of the nanomultilayered CrN coating deposited at cathode current of 60 A is only 024 mg, approximately one tenth of  conventional CrN coating.

Fu Yonghong, Yang Shoujun, Xu Hua, Hua Xijun, Wang Zhongling
The deep drawing process of cylindrical cup was numerically simulated by ABAQUS to reveal the significant influence of friction properties of mold surface on thickness, strain and springback of the forming parts. On the surface of mold, there was an optimal distribution of friction properties. To improve the uniformity of part thickness, the optimal friction coefficients were acquired with μA, μC and μF of 0.12, μB of 0.26, μD of 0.09 and  μE of 0.03,and the change of part thickness was only 27.99%. Based on optimal conditions, laser texturing and laser microtexturing composite texture technology were used to actively design and manufacture the friction properties on the surface of cylindrical mold, and the deep drawing experiments were carried out. The results show that after composite laser texturing, the maximum reduction rate of round corner at the bottom of forming parts is reduced by 46.56%, and the maximum growth rate of the thickness of flange is reduced by 30.71%. The thickness distribution of forming parts becomes more uniform with improved uniformity by 39.89%.

Chen Xi, Luo Yasheng, Cheng Dawei
The structural parameters under triaxial testing conditions were simplified to obtain secant modulus for representing the structural parameters. The solution in the numerical point of view can be obtained. Using principal strain as single variable, the new structural parameters model was established. The effect of active role on the loess structure was directly reflected by the proposed model, and the calculation of structural parameters was simplified. The triaxial test was carried out with the Liujiaxia loess from Gansu province to discuss the structural parameters. The test results show that the mechanical properties of loess are determined by its own structure, and the loess structure is always changed with external conditions of confining pressure and water content.

Yu Min, Fang Qihong, Liu Youwen
Combining sectional holomorphic function theory, Cauchy singular integral, singularity analysis of complex functions and Riemann boundary problem, the interaction between  screw dipole inside matrix and confocal blunt crack in elastic elliptical inhomogeneity was investigated to obtain the complex function of matrix and inhomogeneity  in series form. The singular stress field of matrix, the stress intensity factor of  blunt crack tip and the image force and image torque acting on the center of screw dipole were deduced.  The influences of the dip angle, the size of inhomogeneity and blunt crack, the material parameters were also analyzed. The results show that the image force and the stress intensity factor change periodically as the dip angle, and are significantly influenced by the relative shear modulus.

359 Numerical analysis of foundation pit supporting for
 an international trade building
Yu Xiangjuan,Wang Fubin,Gao Lei,Zhou Bin
According to the actual condition and construction process of an international trade building engineering, the three dimensional numerical analysis model of the foundation pit supporting was established by the finite element program of ABAQUS. Changing the support, floor and prestress, the different forms of foundation pit supporting were considered to analyze the bottom of pit rebound uplift under five work conditions. Compared with the measured results, the rationality of numerical analysis model was verified. The result shows that the influence of foundation pit supporting on the bottom of pit rebound uplift is mainly in the diaphragm wall, and increases with the width of foundation pit. The bottom rebound uplift deformation at the central position of foundation pit is finally converged. The asymmetric shape of foundation pit influences the small rectangular pit greatly, and lightly influences the  large rectangular pit. The shape of pit bottom rebound uplift is symmetrical. The soil deformation behind the wall increases with the increasing of diaphragm wall deformation, while the bottom rebound uplift deformation is decreased.

by modified sliding mode control method
Cai Guoliang, Yao Qin, Jiang Shengqin
Using the modified sliding mode control method, the global synchronization of cellular neural network was investigated with multidelays and distributed delays. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem, by the linear matrix inequality technique and designing a suitable sliding surface, a sufficient condition was derived to guarantee the global stability of the error system under delayindependent and delaydependent situations. The feasible sliding mode control law was designed so that the trajectory of the error system was globally driven onto the specified sliding surface. The global synchronization of cellular neural network with both multidelays and distributed delays was realized. The results show that the proposed sliding mode controller can be designed to achieve high gain compensation by the error output feedback control, and can be used to deal with the global synchronization of neural networks. The proposed method can also be applied for other complex neural networks.
