Judith Butler is an important contemporary biopolitics scholar. She uses the “frame” to explore the form of power in war and reveals the precariousness of life, thus exposing the need for good global governance. Her theory attempts to awaken mans understanding of the fragile nature of life, form a sense of close connection between human destinies, and build a community of shared future that enables every life within to be treated with the same care, respect, pity, and mourning. When the corona virus is still rampaging, only at the time that he realizes the fragility of life and the inseparability between lives can man accept and implement the global governing solution of “building a community of shared destiny” so that all men defeat the pandemic and march toward a bright future hand in hand.
