Abstract：Objective To observe the influence of Wenxin granule therapy on QT interval dispersion(QTd) of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and arrhythmia.MethodsA total of 126 CHD patients complicating arrhythmia were selected from the ones who had been treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017. They were randomly classified into control group and observation group, each with 63 cases. The conventional medicine therapy was utilized in the control group while Wenxin granule therapy was combined with the conventional medicine treatment in the observation group. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, and changes of QTd and corrected QTd(QTcd) before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group while QTd and QTcd were lower, with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05). No obvious drug adverse reaction was observed in either of the groups during treatment.Conclusion Wenxin granule therapy for CHD complicating arrhythmia can reduce QTd, relieve symptoms of arrhythmia and safely improve clinical therapeutic effect.
