Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of ECG scatterplot in diagnosing parasystole rhythm quickly. Methods Twenty-four-hour constant electrocardiosignals were recorded by ambulatory electrocardiography recorder and analyzed by routine ECG analysis method and ECG scatterplot(RRLorenz plot, t-RR scatterplot and its reversal technique), respectively. The analysis results were divided into 3 groups, that was, sinus parasystole rhythm, atrial parasystole rhythm, and ventricular parasystole rhythm. Comparative analysis was made on the diagnosis results and the graphic features of scatterplots in each group were compared as well. Results It indicated by comparison and observation that characteristic manifestations of ECG scatterplots helped in the rapid diagnosis of parasystole rhythm. Conclusion In the aspects of rapidity and effectiveness, ECG scatterplot is superior to routine ECG analysis method in the differential diagnosis of parasystole rhythm, and thus worthy of being applied clinically.
