Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical value of cardiac remote real-time monitoring system in pre-hospital rescue. Methods Cardiac remote real-time monitoring of early warning instrument(iHolter) was applied in 860 patients. The iHolter carried out real-time monitoring on them and gave alerts automatically in case of ECG abnormalities. Results Among 860 cases, 186 cases of bundle branch block, 126 cases of premature ventricular contraction, and 64 cases of atrioventricular block were found. During the process of monitoring, 434 patients(50.5%) were diagnosed with arrhythmia and given treatment recommendation, including 36 cases of serious arrhythmia, 16 cases of high-risk arrhythmia; Four cases of acute myocardial infarction were found; Eleven cases were detected early and rescued successfully. Conclusion Cardiac remote realtime monitoring system helps in finding and treating arrhythmia in time, and thus decreasing the risk of cardiac sudden death. It proves to be clinically valuable in pre-hospital rescue.
