Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the dynamic electrocardiogram characteristics of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods Forty and eight cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were enrolled in the study，Calculated the atrial fibrillation total number，total attack time，number of atrial premature beats，inducedatrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase and uninduced atrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase. Results Forty and eight cases of patients with a total of 367 times of atrial fibrillation，total time 8 847 min，there was 39 cases with atrial premature beats ，average (1.8±1.21) times per minute；short gustiness atrial tachycardia (0.15±0.11) times per minute；induced atrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase(0.42±0.05)s，uninduced atrial fibrillation premature beat coupling interphase (0.50±0.79)s. ConclusionParoxysmal atrial fibrillation was induced by premature beat，which was related with premature beat coupling interphase.
