Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between cardiac function grading and cardiac ultrasound indexes in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. MethodsA total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in our study as the observation group who had been admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. According to cardiac function grading, they were divided into four groups, namely, cardiac function Ⅰ group, cardiac function Ⅱ group, cardiac function Ⅲ group and cardiac function Ⅳ group. Another 100 healthy subjects who had undergone physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. All the patients underwent cardiac ultrasound examination and the cardiac ultrasound indexes were compared between the two groups. The correlation between cardiac function grading and cardiac ultrasound indexes was explored. ResultsThe LVESD\[(42.19±2.95) mm\] , LVEDD\[(50.52±3.15) mm\] and E/Ea(9.68±1.04) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group while LVEF\[(5219±3.01)%\] was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=9.48, 10.14, 7.55, 15.33; P<0.05). At the same time, with the increase of cardiac function level, the indexes of LVESD, LVEDD and E/Ea gradually increased while LVEF correspondingly decreased. In those patients with cardiac function of level Ⅰ, LVESD\[(37.23±2.05) mm\], LVEDD\[(45.65±4.23) mm\] and E/Ea(8.03±124) were the lowest in the four groups while LVEF\[(59.26±3.25)%\] was the highest.ConclusionCardiac function grading is closely related to cardiac ultrasound indexes. Cardiac ultrasound examination would serve as an auxiliary method for determining the cardiac function grading of patients with coronary heart disease, and thus is worthy of being promoted in clinic.
