Abstract:X-ray is a kind of radiation, which is harmful to human body, especially to pregnant women and children. However, previous radiofrequency ablation operations need X-ray assistance, which leave patients and operators expose to X-ray radiation, and result in serious injury of health. Zero-ray threedimensional ablation not only clearly exhibits the structure of each part of patients heart and ensures the accuracy of the operation, but also ensures the safety of the operation. This review summarizes the hazards of X-ray radiation, the principle of threedimensional mapping, the safety and efficacy of Zero-ray arrhythmia ablation and pacemaker therapy.
