Abstract:We selected typical cases diagnosed with ventricular parasystole according to ambulatory electrocardiography, and summarized the characteristics of Lorenz scatter plot and difference scatter plot of ventricular parasystole with double and triple rhythm. By using mathematical principles, we analyzed and calculated the linear equations of the premature ventricular contraction point set (NVN) and the double rhythm point set (VNV) in the Lorenz scatter plot, and the double rhythm related point sets (NVNV and VNVN) and the characteristic point set of triple rhythm (VNNV) in the difference scatter plot. The mathematical model was constructed by the Geometer Sketchpad to provide reliable basis for rapid and accurate clinical diagnosis.
