Abstract:The design method of inducer was introduced to get some main parameters of IH65—50—160 pump inducer.The Euler multiphase flow model,the standard k-ε turbulent model and three-dimensional non-structural tetrahedral mesh were adopted to calculate the three-dimensional flow field for the variable-pitch inducer to obtain the distributions of pressure and phases of inner flow field.The simulated results show that,arc impeller blade inlet can improve the operation conditions of inducer inlet and the anti-cavitation performance of itself.Based on the analyses of impeller outlet pressure fluctuations and inlet gas share rise,the causes of channel vortex are outlined.The study probides reference for improving the design and optimizing the hydraulic design of inducer.
