Abstract The "centeredge" management structure of vocational education is a kind of disorder, which is the root cause for offside of government, vacancy of enterprise and dislocation of school， and also the inevitable result. "Multicenters" governance is the path choice to realize the diversification of vocational education service supply, and is the breakthrough of the modernization of vocational education governance. The idea of "Zhong He" and "Wei Yu" which contained in "Zhong He Wei Yu" provides beneficial enlightenment for role orientation of Vocational Education governance subjects, the interactive relationship of "limited governmentpromising schoolresponsible enterprise" represents the role orientation of government, schools and enterprises in ensuring their position and their respective role. Only in the role consciousness of mutual plasticity based on multiagent, vocational education can be sustainable development, and meet the demands of the public interest.
