Abstract Taking the construction of higher vocational demonstration schools as example, the paper discusses the problems of organizational learning, organizational defensive and error correction capability in the construction of higher vocational demonstration schools.On the whole, single cycle based organizational learning and centralized mobilization organization can give relevant organizations and members a strong incentive, help overcome organizational members′ customary defense and promote the development of organizational learning.The defects of organizational system that promote organizational learning may lead to negative incentives for organizational learning, which will affect the organization′s ability to correct errors and real learning.
