Abstract Based on the perspective of strategic management theory, this paper constructs the basic model of current Chinese college students′ career development through strategic process management and carries out the corresponding strategic design, so that college students can confirm the strategic areas should be developed, so as to select a career development strategy that can give full play to one's own advantages and make full use of the external environment.This paper also probes into the implementation path of the career development strategy management system of college students in the new era from the aspects of strengthening the guidance of the theory and practice of college students′ career development, exploring the practial activities of college students career development teaching, building the relevant system of higher vocational education, strengthening college students′ innovation and entrepreneurship education,expanding internet thinking to build the shared education ecology and so on.
