Abstract It is one of the key tasks for universities to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities to promote the academic entrepreneurship ability of education teachers and to realize the effective docking of academic entrepreneurship and the education. In order to accurately assess the engaged in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities teachers′ academic entrepreneurship ability present situation, choose the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP, the entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills such as dimension build the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities teachers′ academic ability evaluation index system, the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in zhejiang province teachers′ academic ability evaluation as case analysis. The results show that constitute the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities teachers′ academic entrepreneurship opportunity identification ability, management ability and risk management capability is relatively weak, and achievement transformation ability significantly. Government and university management should carry out the education teacher management practice based on academic entrepreneurial ability, and teachers should cultivate and improve their own academic entrepreneurial ability.
