Entrepreneurship learning is the core of college entrepreneurship education:a case study of an undergraduate entrepreneurial team |

Abstract Butterfly Media Company (BMC) is a company founded by undergraduates, which has been on a steady rise for two years. The case study on BMC shows that people are a critical success factor in college students′ innovative undertaking, professional learning is the foundation of the innovative entrepreneurship of college students, and the consciousness of independent learning is the premise of their entrepreneurial consciousness; the college students′ entrepreneurial team has some characteristics such as valuing emotions and membership heterogeneity, and the learning of individuals, in the team and between teams runs throughout the development of the entrepreneurial team; the college is the most important environmental factors for student entrepreneurs, via which other environmental factors can play their roles; the nature of student entrepreneurship organizations is learning. Therefore, the target, content, methods and evaluation system of college entrepreneurship education should be centered on learning.
