Abstract Entrepreneurial resources are the essential elements and basic precondition for startup entrepreneurs to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Compared with general startup entrepreneurs, college students are liable to possess more entrepreneurial resources from the government, universities, enterprises, etc. There are also many problems for college students in the mobilizing process of entrepreneurial resources, such ascoverage deficiency, repeated construction and low efficiency due to a failed coordination among governments，universities and enterprises. To study the endogenous power of college students′ entrepreneurial resources synergy and explore its typical pattern, an interactive symbiotic synergy mechanism between the government, universities and enterprises is to be established to promote the development of college students′ entrepreneurship.
