Abstract:The theoretical origins of outcomebased educational theories come from the educational objectives theory, the competencybased theory, the mastery learning theory, and the criterionreferenced instruction and assessment. And its enforcement principles conclude one paradigm of operating, two paradigms of objectives, three key premises, four operating principles, five generic domains practice. According to ABET, MD2000 and AACSB, instructional design should be conducted in accordance with the theory of goal orientation, longitudinal coherence, horizontal integration and ability test.
