Abstract:Academic misconduct accountability in universities is an academic approach of educating goodness that is produced internally from certain of academic essence established by usage. In addition to the perfect content system, pursuing the value of the idea and implication of university academic misconduct accountability that is rational, scientific and reasonable, has become the intrinsic intention of modern university academic accountability. Its theoretical guidance is scientific and standardized temperament, the consistence of power and responsibility and good governance; The value target pursues a calling of innate soul of people, the "safety valve" of releasing justice energy and the interactive symbiotic ecology ; The principles to follow is the proportional principle and conscious responsibility. Only the university academic misconduct accountability with clear theoretical guidance, target value and the principle as the idea and implication can play a guiding role in promoting the standard and orderly development of academic governance.
