Abstract:In addition to take up the most teaching task, nowadays, Chinese young teachers in colleges and universities need to possess scientific payoffs as well. However, without much fame because of youth, many of them have to be subordinated to the star professors to do some odd jobs in the scientific research team. Besides, it is also inevitable for them to undertake much social work and family load. The young teachers have felt toilsome, tired and busy, but the result is that the efforts still cannot bring them fame, benefits or status, which makes them very puzzled and exhausted mentally and physically. Concerning their excessive burden and requirement, the essential reason mainly comes from the system and social context. Relying only on individual effort cannot the problem be solved simply. For this, the young teachers should get rid of the puzzlement by selfrespect which contains selfesteem and voluntary, independence and selfque, selfrestraint and selfdiscipline, selfknowing and confidence and freedom and selfliberation so as to realize genuine intellect, belief, behavior and emotion.
