Abstract:Female youth teachers are valuable human resources in universities. As the case study is very rare about them in China, this study investigates the role conflicts of 12 female youth teachers under 40 years of age from the gender perspective in A university which is a “211” university. The paper focuses on two fields of family and career, teaching and research under the influence of current teacher management policy and evaluation system . The influence factors are analyzed and the suggestions are put forward for the development of female teachers.
