Abstract:The teacher education in the new era should be positioned in a higher pattern and shoulder more responsibilities, and move towards highquality development with the strategic vision of "the big country". The subordinate normal universities, on the basis of establishing the concept of highquality development of teacher education, should constantly optimize the innovative mechanism of collaborative quality improvement of teacher education, promote the highquality development of "allround" teachers, and explore a scientific evaluation system of teacher education. The highlevel comprehensive universities should overcome the factors which affect its teacher education. They should update its teacher education training objectives, support the theoretical innovation of education disciplines, realize highlevel teacher education, and promote the formation of the final examination education system of teacher education. The local normal universities should break through the dilemma of obvious tendency of denormal education, prominent problem of homogeneity and lack of multi interaction, serve local basic education on the basis of clear self orientation, take the road of characteristic development, and constantly improve the quality and level of teacher education in the collaboration. The faculty engaged in teacher education in colleges and universities should break through the difficulties of dislocation of identity consciousness, mismatch of research ability and education ability, and unsound professional development system. They should promote their own highquality construction by strengthening the construction of teachers′ ethics, strengthening the orientation of education, and improving the professional development system. The local normal universities in the West should face the challenges such as the deviation of target orientation, the relative lack of school running resources, the prescription of teacher training mode, and the lack of afterservice training of teachers, adhere to the main business of teacher education, use information technology to help the highquality development of teacher education, promote the formation of a trinity collaborative education mechanism of normal universities, local governments and primary and secondary schools, and build an "overpass" between teacher training and academic education to achieve highlevel and sustainable development.
