125 Traction performance experiment of asphalt cold milling
machine with frontwheel driving
WANG Xue-Bin, HU Yong-Biao, ZHAO Fei

Abstract: The relationship among milling force, valid adhesion weight of frontrear wheels, tangent traction force, traction power and milling power was analyzed. The traction performance experiment of one asphalt cold milling machine with frontwheel driving was conducted. The results show that rolling resistance coefficient between solid tyre and asphalt pavement is 0.02, and the attachment coefficient is 0.65. The traction resistance force accounts for 7.1 percent of the largest tangential traction force. The milling horizontal resistance force is the main tangential traction force, and the slipping rate increases with the increasing of milling horizontal resistance force. The fitting equations of slipping rate and tangential traction force are obtained by Gaussian fitting in the whole region of slipping rate and by quadratic polynomial fitting with slipping rate from 0 to 26%. The traction efficiency is above 70% when the slipping rate is from 4% to 24%. The rated slipping rate is 10% for the maximal traction efficiency, and the traction force under rated slipping rate should correspond to average milling force. The maximal stable working slipping rate is 24%.

Driver behavior at urban intersection under   flashing green effect
SHEN Jia-Jun, WANG Qun
In order to analyze the effect of flashing green on driver behavior, the distances from stop line, the traveling speeds and the corresponding decisions of drivers were collected through video taping and data procession based on photogrammetry. The driver decision models were developed by Logistic regression, and the accuracy and effectivity of the model results were verified. The driver decision analysis for different speeds indicates that the decisions are consistent when the distances from the stop line are near and far. When the distance is from 40 to 45 m, the driver decisions are obviously different.

134 Influence of filtered PDF integration method on
turbulent flame calculation
WANG Ping, WANG Bao-Tong
Chemistry lookup table and presumed probability density function (PPDF) method were employed to perform large eddy simulation (LES) of lean premixed swirling flame in the PRECCINSTA model gas turbine combustor. To obtain the twodimensional chemistry lookup table that can be  directly used by LES calculation, the onedimensional chemistry table with CO2 mass fraction as parameter was achieved by reactiondiffusion manifold (REDIM) technique and postprocessed by uniformed PPDF. During the PDF integrating process to obtain the Favre filtering thermodynamic variables of temperature and species, two different integrating methods were adopted with direct Favre filtering PDF method (Method 1) and general PDF with Favre averaging method (Method 2). The results show that although the twodimensional chemistry tables from two methods differ slightly, the discrepancy between the two calculation results of flame is not negligible, and the computational results obtained by Method 2 show better agreement with the experimental data.

PAN Jian-Feng, XIAO Man, FAN Bao-Wei, PAN Zhen-Hua
To investigate the effects of valve timing on the dynamic and economic performance of Wankel rotor airpowered engine with distribution phase, the dynamic numerical model was established and verified. The movement process of the flow in Wankel rotor airpowered engine was simulated. Based on the orthogonal design, the various combinations of intake advance angle, intake duration angle, exhaust advance angle and exhaust duration angle were analyzed. The results show that the greatest impact factor is intake duration angle with following of exhaust advance angle and intake advance angle, and exhaust duration angle is the least important factor on the dynamic performance of Wankel rotor airpowered engine. The optimal valve timing is acquired under the conditions with those angles of 270°, 15°, 30°and 280°,  respectively. The greatest impact factor is exhaust advance angle with following of intake duration angle and exhaust duration angle, and intake advance angle is the least important factor on the economic performance. The optimal valve timing is acquired under the conditions with those angles of 15°, 210°, 260° and 45°, respectively.

medium consistency pulp
LI Hong, XUE Zhi-Kuan, YE Dao-Xing
To investigate the flowing characteristic of medium consistency pulp in shear force and discover the variety law in rheological process, the numerical simulation was conducted to analyze the flowing characteristic of medium consistency pulp in a rotating tester. With the consideration of the effects of air and fiber on the rheological property of fiber suspension, considering the pulp flowing as Herschel Bulkley fluid with yield stress and shear thinning characteristic, a numerical simulation method was developed. The yield process in gradually increased shear stress was discussed. The effects of material physical parameters and rotating tester size were analyzed. The results show that in the shear indoor, the pulp viscosity decreases and the yielding areas increase with the increasing of rotational speed. With the increasing of shearing chamber diameter, the pulp viscosity is increased with decreased sporting area. For the same rotational speed, with the increasing of yield stress, the pulp viscosity increases. With the increasing of apparent viscosity, the pulp viscosity increases, and the sporting area decreases. With the increasing of shear thinning index, the pulp viscosity decreases, and the sporting area increases.

common rail injection system
DUAN Lian, YUAN Shou-Qi, HU Lin-Feng, YU Jian-Da, XIA Xing-Lan
To realize quantitative analysis of structural reliability in the process of common rail injection system (CRS) development, a ″leakageshutting″ failure model was established, and a structural reliability investigation was demonstrated based on Monte Carlo (MC) method. The model related to the fuel delivery limitation in restrictor and the fuel distribution in common rail injector, and the latter included fuel injection, fuel dynamic leakage and fuel clearance leakage of commandpiston matching parts and nozzle needle matching parts. The parameters of random variables in model were obtained by statistical result of product sampling test. The calculation precision and feasibility of MC direct sampling method were compared with those of MC important sampling method. The results show that the calculation result of failure rate is 7.97×10-5 by MC important sampling method. The failure rate is mainly influenced by several variables of limitation value of restrictor and working clearances of the two pairs of matching parts. The failure rate sensitiveness to working clearance standard deviation of nozzle needle matching parts is 3.1 times than that of commandpiston matching parts. MC important sampling method is appropriate for CRS reliability analysis.

molded plate of stainless steel water tank
AI He-Mai-Ti-·Yi-Bu-La-Yin, ZHANG Guang-Tai, HAN Jian-Hong
To inquiry the bearing capacity and deformation of stainless steel water tank which was buried in the ground, the static compressive load test of water tank molded plates was conducted. The support structure forms were redesigned to reduce the deflection of molded plate, and the rationality and the feasibility of proposed new forms were verified by compressive test. Based on ANSYS, a finite element model was established, and the accuracy was verified by comparing with experimental results. The optimal size combination of stainless steel water tank molded plate and support rod was calculated by the size optimization module of ANSYS. The results show that under the lateral earth pressure in the design, the molded plate deflection is relatively large  to easily lead to local bucking failure of water tank. The supporting form with main support rod and diagonal brace can significantly reduce the maximum deflection of molded plate, which can ensure the normal use of water tank with reduced building cost.

performance for finnedtube condenser
ZHANG Dong-Hui, YANG Shan-Shan, DONG Rui, FENG Guo-Zeng, GE Feng-Hua
The effects of refrigerant circuitry on the comprehensive performance of finnedtube condensers were investigated with R410A as working fluid.Compared with experimental data, the accuracy of simulation software CoilDesigner was verified. For the five kinds of typical layout of condensers, the effects of structural layout and refrigerant circuits merging on condenser heat transfer and pressure drop were investigated. The results show that the tubeside arrangement has slight effect on heat transfer rate and pressure drop of condenser for low refrigerant mass flow rate, while that has large effect for large mass flow rate. The merging method for different branch can improve the uniformity of overall heat transfer rate. The appropriate merging points are located in the quality range of vaporliquid mixture from 0.1 to 0.4, which is the balance of comprehensive performance between heat transfer rate and pressure drop for condensers.

ZHANG Xiao-Dong, LI Li, MAO Han-Ping, GAO Hong-Yan, SU Chen
The canopy spectral reflectance, the multispectral image and the canopy temperature were fused to quantitatively analyze the rape moisture content based on nondestructive testing of rape water stress. Stepwise regression method was used to extract the features of moisture content from different sensors. The water stress index (CWSI) was obtained by detecting canopyair temperature difference and environment temperature and humidity to compensate light influence. The results show that the spectral features at wavelength of 960,1 450,1 650 nm, the features of image mean value at 560, 960, 810 nm and the image ratios at 960 nm to 810 nm are highly correlated with the rape moisture content during the whole growth period of rope. The principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to transform and reduce dimensions for feature space, and the prediction model of moisture content of rape was built by BP neural network. The results show that more information can be integrated to achieve the quantitative analysis of water stress of rape. The proposed model precision is obviously higher than that of single detection method.

LU Wei, LI Huan-Huan, HONG De-Lin, DANG Xiao-Jing, LUO Hui
To solve the problems of complex operating and timeconsuming for traditional detection operation of germination rate, a rapid detection method of brown rice germination was proposed based on near infrared spectroscopy. Spectra data of 192 samples for two varieties of brown rice were divided into calibration set with 144 samples and validation set with 48 samples.According to different preprocessing methods and chemometric modeling methods, the spectral differences of samples with different aging time were analyzed to set the prediction model of brown rice germination. The results show that  by second derivative, SNV, detrend preprocessing and partial least squares(PLS), the optimal model is established in the wavelength range from 570 to 1 848 nm. The determination coefficients of calibration set(RC) and validation set(RP) are 0.976 and 0.951,respectively,and the standard deviations of calibration set(SEC) and validation set(SEP) are 1.244 and 1.935. The measurement of brown rice germination rate is feasible by near infrared spectroscopy, and the model of brown rice germination rate prediction has good predictive ability.

GUO Yun, LIU Chun-Ping, GONG Sheng-Rong
To solve the too high computational complexity of 3D Zernike moments, the properties and fast algorithms of 3D Zernike radial polynomials were investigated. The relationship between 3D and 2D Zernike radial polynomials was discovered to generalize some important properties of 2D Zernike radial polynomials and four fast algorithms to 3D case. The obtained four 3D fast algorithms were optimized and fused to design one faster hybrid algorithm for computing full set of 3D Zernike radial polynomials. The complexity of the five algorithms was analyzed. For different maximum orders, the full sets of 3D Zernike radial polynomials were computed with the five algorithms, and the elapsed CPU times were compared. The results show that the proposed hybrid algorithm can significantly reduce the complexity and improve the operation speed. The optimization effect becomes more obviously as the order increases.

194 Regular expression matching algorithm based on parameters setting
ZHOU Jin-Zhi- Deng-Qiao, KANG Chun-Xiang
To well balance time complexity and space complexity in regular expression, a matching algorithm for regular expression of deterministic finite automata was proposed through dynamic parameters DFA(DPDFA). The performance of current typical matching algorithm of regular expression was analyzed, and the insufficiencies in CPU memory occupation, matching time and expandability were indicated to give the design concept of DPDFA. The toplimit of state number after combination was set up, and the exclusivity among the combination expressions was separated to reduce the CPU occupation. The growth rate parameter of state number was set up, and the expression was sliced up. The expanding section of state number was isolated to reduce matching ambiguity and matching time. The experimental results show that the DPDFA algorithm is at least 23% overmatching than D2FA in time complexity with 43% overmatching than mDFA in space complexity and 260% overmatching than XFA in expandability. It is briefly more superior to other algorithm in overall matching efficiency.

To create a network security environment to prevent attacks and monitor flows, based on the software defined networking (SDN) with network data plane and control plane, the OpenFlow protocol flowcontroller was used to integrate two network security technologies of access control and network audit. A SDN based flow access security system (SDNFASS) was proposed. The architecture of SDNFASS was designed to discuss the working process of access control and audit function, and the security policy of access control and the flow log extraction and analysis were studied. To test the access control and network security audit characteristics of SDNFASS, a prototype system was built to conduct the test of multidimensional control and flowlog trace back analysis. The results show that the system has flexible definition of network access control security policy, high online efficient access to stream record and fast searching for mass flowlog. The proposed system can prevent network attacks and monitor illegal operation of network.

YIN Tian-Jiao, SHEN Yan-Xia, LU Xin
During the ultrashortterm wind power prediction using Markov chains, to solve the poor prediction accuracy due to the using samestate transition probability matrix in different variation scopes of wind power and without considering wind power realtime trends, an improved prediction method using Markov chains was proposed based on Mycielski algorithm. The Mycielski approach was employed to find the longest repetitive sequence from the historical sequence of wind power. The sequence in state transition probability matrix of Markov chain at every moment was redefined. The ultrashortterm wind power prediction was realized by the state transition probability matrix of the Markov chain at every moment. The ultrashortterm wind power prediction was also implemented in a domestic wind farm. The results show that for rootmeansquare error, the modified prediction using Markov chains based on Mycielski algorithm can effectively increase prediction accuracy by 14.15% with high practical value.

WANG Lei, CAI Jin-Cao, LI Ming, HE Hui-Juan
To realize accurate and timely health condition  evaluation and coordination control of manufacturing system to achieve overall optimization of manufacturing process, the regulation mechanism of endocrine system was analyzed. The similarities between endocrine system and health status monitoring and evaluation system were given, and the architecture model of manufacturing system was constructed based on endocrine system. The health monitoring and treatment method for machine failure was proposed. The realtime assessment on health state for machine systems was conducted effectively by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The health evaluation and the coordinated control for an existing flexible manufacturing cell were investigated. The results show that the overall health value of manufacturing cell is 0.588, which means that the manufacturing cell is in poor state. The inspection and maintenance should be carried out in a short downtime. The realtime health value on machine m1 was simulated when the temperature was changed. The consistency between experimental result and  calculation result shows that the method is effective and feasible.

219 Calculation model of corrosion expansion crack time for concrete cover
LIU Rong-Gui, YU Meng-Xiong
Steel corrosion is an important factor on service life of reinforced concrete (RC) structures, and concrete cracking induced rebar corrosion is a critical point of structural durability life. Based on the assumption of concrete following twin shear strength criterion, according to thickwalled cylinder theory, the elastoplastic analysis of rebar uniform corrosion expansion process was conducted, and the thickwalled cylinder model of uniform rust expansion was established. Combined with the Faraday law, the time equation of concrete cracking induced rebar rust was calculated. The main factors affecting the equation were analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of cover thickness, decreasing of rebar diameter and reducing volume expansion of corrosion products, the durability of RC structures is improved. The concrete strength has little effect on the durability of RC structures. The theoretical values of calculation are in good agreement with the existing experimental results, and the proposed equation is reasonable and feasible.

225 Numerical simulation and analysis of construction behavior for
dualarch tunnel tunneling overlapped to existing tunnel
ZOU Xin-Kuan, ZHANG Ji-Chun, PAN Qiang, SHI Hong-Chao, LI Peng-Chuan
Considering Yashan dualarch tunnel with characteristics of shallow buried depth, unsymmetrical load and closely adjacent to an existing smalldistance tunnel, the two construction processes of a dualarch tunnel were simulated by FEM under the sequences of ″deep to shallow″ and ″shallow to deep″ to tunnel the mainhole respectively. The deformation stress condition of dualarch tunnel surrounding rock and lining of existing smalldistance tunnel and the displacement of middlewall in the two tunneling sequences were analyzed and compared. The results indicate that the deformation rule of dualarch tunnel in the two construction processes is basically consistent. The largest vault settlement occurs at the deeper buried mainhole, and the largest horizontal displacement appears at the junction of shallow buried left mainhole and middlepilot with values of 3.19 mm and 1.17 mm, respectively. Due to unsymmetrical load, the middlewall subjects to compression load with small eccentricity since it is completed. However, the initial deflection of middlewall is corrected gradually when either mainhole is excavated. After rock mass excavation of the dualarch tunnel, the smalldistance tunnel lining between spandrel and haunch occurs displacement with moving toward the dualarch tunnel, and the displacement of ″deep to shallow″ is 0.01~0.02 mm larger than  that of ″shallow to deep″.

GE Feng-Hua, LU Cui-Yin
To solve the problem of soil temperature reducing year by year due to longterm operation of ground source heat pump in severe cold area, combined with a ground source heat pump project of office building, a model of ground source heat pump was established to integrate with continuously yearly solar supplement heat. Two vertical Utube test wells with 120 m depth were built to carry out thermal response test. Thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity heating conditions were respectively 1.883 W·(m·K)-1 and 7.608×10-7 m2·s-1, and refrigeration thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity conditions were respectively 1.758 W·(m·K)-1 and 9.203×10-7 m2·s-1 . The soil temperature field was simulated by TRNSYS. The results show that the soil temperature drop is 5.17 ℃ after 10 years operation of ground source heat pump, and the soil temperature restoration characteristics of solarassisted ground source heat pump system are obtained in supply heating season, supply cooling season and transition season.

236 Effect of bonding condition between concrete leveling course and
asphalt layer on structural mechanics of cement concrete bridge deck
WAN Chen-Guang, SHEN Ai-Qin, GUO Yin-Chuan, Liang-Dong-Ping, JIANG Zhou
To analyze the complex bonding condition between concrete leveling course and asphalt layer on cement concrete bridge deck, a dual rear wheel tire model was established by ANSYS software. Taking the common hollow plate girder bridge in China as research object, the mechanics response of structure layers was analyzed under various contact conditions of binding, fullrough, complete bonding and friction. The results show that the vehicle load is not uniform load, and the peak pressure changes with tire pressure and axle load. The stress of structure layers is significantly affected by the bonding condition between concrete leveling course and asphalt layer. For four kinds of contact state, the stress of structure layers is optimal under complete bonding state, and the contact state between structure layers is more closer to hypothetical “binding”state when the interlayer bonding is insufficient.

242 Cointegration analysis of energy structure diversity and
energy efficiency with provincial data as example
CHEN Ying, HUANG Tao, TIAN Li-Xin
ShannonWeiner index was used to measure the average energy structure diversity of energy consumption in 30 provinces and autonomous regions except Tibet from 2010 to 2012, and the results showed that the energy structure diversity characteristics were different. DEA method was adopted to measure the energy efficiency, and the measurement indicators included energy input, economy output and environment output. The DEA evaluation value was analyzed to show that except municipalities directly under the central government and provinces with relatively intact ecological protection, the energy efficiency of the rest provinces was insufficient. The cointegration theory was used to discuss the relationship between energy structure diversity and energy efficiency. The result shows that the energy structure diversity has longterm stable cointegration relationship with energy efficiency. Every one unit increasing of diversity index can increase energy efficiency by 12.47%.
