激光冲击强化恒弹合金3J58的力学性能

摘要 对3 J58恒弹合金试样进行激光冲击强化处理,采用纳米压痕技术测定了激光冲击区域、冲击影响区域和未冲击区域的纳米硬度和弹性模量,并对不同区域的残余应力进行测试.研究结果表明:激光冲击区域和冲击影响区域的纳米硬度、弹性模量和表面残余应力分布都有明显的改善.

Abstract :The samples manufactured by the elastic alloy 3J58 were tested by laser shock waves,and the nano-indentation experiments were made by Triboindenter in Hystron Company,and residual stresses were determined by using XRD with sin2 ψ method.The results show that surface residual stress distributions,nano-hardness and elastic modulus in the shocked region and the laser-affected region are clearly improved,which contributes to an increase in the surface properties in the near surface of the samples manufactured by the elastic alloy 3J58.
