Abstract:The high quality employment of migrant workers is not only the realistic logic of the high quality development of rural areas in the new era, but also the inherent requirement of the rural revitalization strategy. Using the mixed research method, we build a high quality employment evaluation system composed of 6 firstlevel indexes and 23 secondlevel indexes. We believe that from the perspective of “selfperception”, it can effectively make up for the deviation caused by subjective setting of evaluation index and collection of statistical data. At present, the whole society needs to interpret the connotation of highquality employment of migrant workers from micro, medium and macrolevels. Accordingly, four suggestions of “improving wage and welfare level of migrant workers by employment stability, improving migrant workers employment prestige, enhancing the quality of migrant workers employment soft environment and emphasizing the community embedding of migrant workers employment” are put forward.
