Abstract:The flaws of Chinas food safety information disclosure system are lack of discloser, governmental “illusion of power” and organizational deconcentration. Three tactics can be taken to improve the efficiency of Chinas food safety information disclosure system: the clubstyle cooperation in information disclosure, the risk assessing organizations independence, and the communal management of information disclosure.
