Abstract: As NGOs, charity organizations rely their existence on their ability to attain public trust. However, they have long been of low public credibility in China. So they now must strengthen their structure and improve transparency by disclosing financial information through annual financial reports. They should also establish a committee to oversee allround supervision and ensure a strict disclosure of information. Implement a credit rating system and enhance the practitioners accomplishment to reduce the low credibility of charity organization.
