Abstract:Objective To explore the ECG features of Wolff-Parkinson-White(WPW) syndrome complicating atrial fibrillation(AF). Methods The ECG manifestations of 10 patients with WPW syndrome complicating AF were analyzed, such as the average heart rate, f wave, changes of RR intervals, and the morphology of QRS complex. Results In the occurrence of WPW syndrome complicating AF, ECG was characterized by a rapid ventricular rate, absolutely irregular RR intervals, visible delta wave and f wave in long RR interval of lead V1, and variable morphology of QRS complex, etc. Conclusion WPW syndrome complicating AF should be paid more attention to. Clinicians are required to make correct and timely diagnosis by the specific ECG features.
