Abstract:Atrial fibrillation is difficult to convert into sinus rhythm because of its special electrical conduction pathway. The recurrence rate is high and it is difficult to maintain sinus rhythm for a long time. The thrombus is easy to form after operation. Therefore, it has become the focus of the research on electrocardiographic physiology. Radiofrequency ablation is a revolutionary technology in the treatment of arrhythmia. It can avoid the side effects and high recurrence rate caused by drug treatment, and as an important treatment method, it can restore normal sinus rhythm to patients with poor response and compliance to drug treatment. This paper summarizes and analyzes the risk factors and various evaluation methods that affect the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation, so as to provide effective prevention methods and relevant precautions in the treatment of such diseases.
