Abstract:QRS-T angle is the angle between the directions of depolarization and ventricular repolarization, mainly representing secondary ventricular repolarization change. In recent years, it has been found by research that despite predicting malignant arrhythmias, QRS-T angle is also related to coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and other diseases. However, in the absence of uniform provisions on its normal range, QRS-T angle is bounded in clinical application. This paper reviews the literatures related to the definition, classification, calculation and clinical application of QRS-T angle.
