Social entrepreneurship education in the university: the construction of the evaluation index system and the analysis on current situation

Abstract Based on CIPP model, this study builds the evaluation index system of social entrepreneurship education of China′s universities from environment foundation, resource allocation, process action, and achievement performance. Based on this index system, this study analyzes social entrepreneurship education status of 10 universities in China. It finds that social entrepreneurship atmosphere in cities where universities are located is good, whereas the education theory research and the entrepreneurial technology development need to be strengthened; university entrepreneurship education resources are abundant, and entrepreneurial process support systems are perfect, whereas targeted education for social entrepreneurship needs to be deepened; educational results have gradually emerged, whereas typical and exemplary projects need to be deepened. Universities could establish support systems to create dynamic and open ecosystems; optimize resource allocation, and increase support for social entrepreneurship projects; adhere to process management, and build multilevel threedimensional education systems; embed value orientation of "moral education", and enhance social entrepreneurship education comprehensive value.
