Abstract The excellent course evaluation is an intersubjectivity process based on participation and synergistic interaction among stakeholders in teaching. The perspective of intersubjectivity not only offers an analytical lens on faults in traditional excellent course evaluation, such as one factor domination, the insufficient participation of teachers and students, unenough negotiation, and the disconnection between the evaluation and improvement, but also indicates the feasible path for the construction of efficient excellent course evaluation system. On the basis of an SPR model of intersubjectivity, the article forms an indicator system consisting of 4 dimensions, 15 secondary indicators and 44 threegrade indicators. By using Delphi analysis and AHP analysis, the validity and reliabity of the indicator system is verified and the rank weight of all indicators is formed. The empirical conclusion reveals that, the dialogue communication in "teaching process" and "teaching effect", the interactive teaching in "teaching method" are pivotal, and the demand for the intersubjectivity evaluation is enhanced. Whereas, the introspection on research conclusion illustrates that the mind, institution, mechanism and platform are indispensable to the practice of the intersubjectivity evaluation system.
