Abstract:The interdisciplinary talent training is a complex systematic project. It is of great significance to clarify the hierarchical relationship and key factors among the influencing factors to improve the effectiveness of interdisciplinary talent training. The interview method and expert Delphi method were used to determine 25 relatively important influencing factors. The DEMATEL (decision laboratory analysis method) and ISM (interpretative structural model) were combined to identify 10 key influencing factors by calculating the centrality and cause degree, and a multilevel hierarchical model diagram of the influencing factors of interdisciplinary talent cultivation was drawn. The results show that interdisciplinary talent cultivation influencing factors can be divided into 11 levels and three levels of multilevel hierarchical structure, and the fundamental influencing factor is the urgent need of national strategy. Base on this, it is proposed to strengthen the national strategic orientation of interdisciplinary setting for the urgent needs of the country; strengthen the toplevel design and get through all links in the process of interdisciplinary talent training; give full play to the role of evaluation "baton" and attach importance to the suggestions of students′ interdisciplinary adaptability.
