Abstract:The acoustic fields reconstruction based on the acoustic radiation modes was used to establish the method for calculating radiated acoustic power at medium and low frequencies. The whole sonic pressure field of radiating acoustic sound source was obtained by means of acoustic fields reconstruction, and acoustic power was calculated based on distant field radial integral. The formula of radiated acoustic power was deduced. Simulation was carried out on panel source as an example. Some factors affecting the accuracy were discussed, the stability of the method was analyzed, and the method of the acoustic field re- construction was compared with the engineering measurement method. The results show that enough rich far-field information can be obtained by acoustic fields reconstruction, which is based on the near field measurements, and the method has enough accuracy with few measuring point and good stability.
