Abstract: To satisfy the requirements for quality management system, the quantitative analysis method for process reengineering was established. The model for the quality management process of manufacturing system was founded based on Petri nets. The analyzing method based on behavior expressions was adopted to deal with the performance evaluation of the Petri nets model. The functional relations among different processes of quality management were also presented. The analysis results were helpful to facilitate the reengineering of the processes of quality management, enhance the throughput and balance the process control. At last, considering a quality management process case, the work flow model was constructed, and the analysis steps were also presented. The results show that the performance measures of process reengineering are obtained conveniently, and its bottleneck is located easily.
