Dynamic model and stability control of heterogeneous decisions in two-teams Cournot game

Abstract:A two-team Cournot game consisting of two bounded rationality players and one self-adaptive player were established for adjusting the real world. The system equilibrium was calculated and analyzed by nonlinear dynamical system theory. The system dynamical behavior deduced by the change of main parameters was analyzed by the numerical simulation method. A delayed feedback control method was introduced into the system. The results show that fast changing of selfadaptive parameter can make the chaos occur in advance. It is good for the system stability if profit assignment is properly adjusted. The chaotic behavior of model can be stabilized by the delayed feedback control method
