Abstract:The non-destructive testing technique was introduced for reinforcement stress of bridge by employing a self-designed 3-dimensional magnetic field scanning device to detect and assess the magnetic induction strength leaked from steel concrete. The magnetic induction strength test of metal magnetic memory was carried out for the steel at different stress phase. The corresponding experiments were carried out for the concrete steel at different stress phase to analyze the influence of concrete on experimental results. The preliminary basis of reinforcement stress based on metal magnetic recording was obtained according to the relationship between magnetic induction strength and stress change .The results show that the reinforcement of steel can be determined by magnetic induction strength. In hardening stage, the amplitude of magnetic induction intensity curve is overlapped with the background magnetic field lines. In necked stage, the amplitude of magnetic induction intensity curve shows peak mutation. The leakage signals are still with high accuracy when the height exceeds 6 cm.
